Island View Bed and Breakfast Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Minimum stay: We reserve the right to consider requests for 1 night stays on a case by case basis.

Length of Stay: Due to our intimate size, reservations are preferred and minimum stay requirements vary depending upon season. From late June through September a two-night stay is requested over a weekend, although we can make exceptions depending upon availability.

No Pets: We are animal lovers, but we prefer to have our pets be the only pets in the house.

No Perfume Policy: Guests and visitors are asked to refrain from using perfume, after-shave, cologne or other scented personal care products when at the B&B, due to possible allergies.

Children: Well behaved and closely supervised children are welcome to visit Island View B&B. Please treat my home as if it were your home.

Check-in: is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. Please call if you need to make other arrangements.

Payment: 1 night's deposit will be charged to your VISA at time of booking. By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodations at Island View Bed and Breakfast in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein guaranteeing your booking with your credit card. Stays of 1 week, or more must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy: We issue transferable gift certificates for the full value of your payment in lieu of a refund for all cancellations made at least 10 days prior to check-in.

All Accommodation Rates: are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. All rates are based on 1 nights accommodation for max. 2 people (add $25.00 per extra person in same room) and this always includes a full hot breakfast.

Rates: are subject to change without notice

The Riverview and Forestview rooms are available with either a private
or a shared bathroom.

These two rooms are in a private guest wing of the house, with its own entrance.
This little apartment is ideal for friends getting together, or a family grouping.
This wing has its own heat and air conditioning controls for your personal comfort.

All our rooms include a great breakfast!
